Overview

As a Lead DevOps/DevSecOps/SR Engineer at Kenect, you will manage a small sub-team and assist feature development teams to enhance security, availability, reliability, and delivery speed.

In Short

Foster a DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE mindset across teams.
Manage a remote-first team of engineers.
Cost management and vendor relationship maintenance.
Improve Kenect's security posture.
Troubleshoot production incidents and assist in root cause analysis.
Maintain awareness of cloud technologies.
Automate processes to improve tooling for software engineers.
Scale and monitor databases.
Be a Kubernetes expert to enhance software uptime.
Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in cloud/DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE.
Experience managing a team in a player/coach capacity.
Profound knowledge of networking and security principles.
Experience with automation tools like GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Fluency in English for effective communication.
