Cold Caller / Appointment Setter - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our team, working fully remote from Latin America. You will be responsible for prospecting and contacting potential clients to schedule discovery calls for our sales team.

In Short

• Fully remote position.
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
• Language requirement: Near-native English (C1/C2).
• Responsible for adding leads to outreach tools.
• Make 100 phone calls daily.
• Keep Hubspot CRM updated.
• Conduct high-touch manual outreach.
• Track daily activities in a scorecard.
• Participate in daily huddles and weekly feedback sessions.
• Engage in community building and awareness activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
• Ability to generate leads and schedule calls effectively.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
