Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our remote team, providing exceptional service to clients in various industries.

In Short

  • Remote position for a Bilingual Customer Service and Administrative Assistant.
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2) required.
  • Assist with client to-do lists and online research.
  • Manage client calendars, email inboxes, and CRM.
  • Make travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Support additional customer service tasks as needed.
  • Must reside in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with customer service and administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in using CRM and other office software.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Dependable and able to meet deadlines.
  • Action-oriented with a focus on results.
  • Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
