Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative and Customer Care Assistant to support our clients with various administrative tasks and customer service inquiries in a remote setting.

In Short

  • Assist with the client's to-do list.
  • Conduct online research.
  • Manage the client's calendar and email inbox.
  • Make travel and flight reservations.
  • Create presentations and documents.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Receive inbound calls and follow up with clients.
  • Document customer interactions in the service database.
  • Assist with additional customer service tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
