Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Finance or Accounting Assistant to join our client-facing team, working remotely from Latin America.

In Short

  • Remote position for bilingual finance or accounting assistants.
  • Work from home in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) required.
  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheets and track bank statements.
  • Create cost analysis reports and process tax payments.
  • Support monthly payroll and maintain organized records.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
  • Administrative support during budget preparation.

Requirements

  • Experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
