Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Finance or Accounting Assistant to join our client-facing team, working remotely from various locations in Latin America.

In Short

  • Remote position for finance/accounting assistants.
  • Must be fluent in English (C1/C2).
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheets and track bank statements.
  • Process tax payments and support payroll.
  • Record accounts payable and receivable.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
  • Administrative support during budget preparation.
  • Must reside in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
