Overview

We are seeking Bilingual Remote Assistants who will work from home, supporting clients by managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional service.

In Short

  • Work from home position.
  • Bilingual in English and another language.
  • Manage and organize calendars.
  • Handle email correspondence.
  • Maintain client databases.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Conduct research for various projects.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in using office software.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Dependability and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Must reside in Latin America.
