In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and take minutes.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Track daily expenses and prepare financial reports.
  • Format information for internal and external communication.
  • Outreach potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Conduct research and create detailed outputs.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduates.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with various work gadgets and applications.
  • Resourceful in finding solutions to problems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
