Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist (Level 1), you'll be the first point of contact for new Uscreen customers, guiding them through their initial platform setup and ensuring they have a smooth, positive onboarding experience.

In Short

  • Collaborate with customers for a hands-on onboarding experience.
  • Guide new customers in setting up and launching their Uscreen platform.
  • Provide assistance with account configuration and platform features.
  • Own effective client onboarding and provide strategic insights.
  • Establish relationships with customers to help them meet their goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for successful platform launches.
  • Host educational onboarding webinars and 1:1 trainings.
  • Mitigate churn by proactively addressing leading indicators.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text.
  • Maintain accurate logs in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management experience in SaaS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to break down technical concepts into clear guidance.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, video streaming, or content creation is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • High sense of urgency and flexibility.
  • Team-oriented with a growth mindset.
