We’re seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team and own our people strategy in a remote-first tech company.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-growth environments.
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on.
• Broad People Ops expertise: recruiting, onboarding, compliance, etc.
• Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Bonus: Experience in the creator economy.
