Nexus Family Healing is seeking a dynamic Director of Human Resources to join our team!

In Short

• Full-time remote from Minnesota opportunity!
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Salary Range: $120,000-130,000 annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 5+ years HR management experience.
• 3-5 years labor relations experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals.
• Open to meeting the cultural needs of individuals or communities.
