Overview

Nexus Family Healing is seeking part-time Youth Skills Workers for its new Restorative Services Program in Oregon, aimed at supporting youth with court involvement.

In Short

  • On call/part time opportunity: between 4-10 hours a week
  • Pay Rate: $24-$27 an hour
  • Remote/Hybrid work in the Oregon community
  • Start date targeted for September 1st
  • Support youth ages 11-18 with life skills
  • Collaborate with a team of psychologists and social services professionals
  • Complete clinical documentation and compliance with standards
  • Attend clinical supervision and team meetings
  • Must be QMHA qualified
  • Access to personal vehicle required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and families
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Open to meeting cultural needs of diverse communities
