Director of Human Resources - Remote

Overview

The Director of Human Resources at Full Life Care will lead HR functions and strategies to support the organization’s mission of enhancing the lives of clients and program participants. This role is primarily remote with occasional travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of HR management experience, with 4+ years at a director level.
• Experience managing a large HR function for 500+ team members.
• HR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) preferred.
• Proficient in HRIS and People analytics; Workday HCM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and various technology applications.
• Ability to influence and advocate ideas effectively.
