The Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s human capital strategy, overseeing all aspects of HR operations, and partnering with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

  • Develop and execute HR strategies supporting the organization’s mission.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Lead performance management processes.
  • Champion learning and development initiatives.

  • Manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related function required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist position.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
