Product Development and Clinical Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Product Development and Clinical Specialist at Solventum, you will work with like-minded individuals to provide world-class solutions for the markets we serve, acting as the subject matter expert for your assigned portfolio and geographical region.

In Short

• Maintain and enhance assigned software portfolio to meet revision cycle requirements.
• Analyze and research questions, enhancement requests, or software problems.
• Test and perform quality control measures on your portfolio of solutions.
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures with the development group.
• Provide expert level escalation support on assigned products.
• Assist other clinical development teams with logic problems.
• Participate in cross-functional teams or equivalent.
• Plan and manage projects using standard tools and processes.
• Respond to non-routine inquiries regarding disease and procedure classification.
• Assist Sales and/or Marketing departments with asset development.

Requirements

• Expertise in Health Information Management.
• Degree as a Health Information Manager (HIM) or equivalent.
• Qualifications in Clinical Coding using ICD-10-AM highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a software development team is beneficial.
• Knowledge of relevant computer programs and corporate systems.
• 8 or more years of applicable Health Information Management experience.
• Some travel required for face-to-face interactions.
• Weekend or evening hours may be needed.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
