Overview

The Clinical Professional Development Specialist supports the planning, implementation, and coordination of specific Clinical Professional Development programming for the clinical teams at Mindpath Health.

In Short

• Coordinate and implement clinical professional development initiatives.
• Monitor program effectiveness and report key performance indicators.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of clinical professional development programs.
• Assist in drafting and updating policies and procedures.
• Ensure collaboration among workstreams through effective communication.
• Track and maintain records of completed PDP events.
• Provide logistical support for PDP events.
• Support clinician orientation activities.
• Work with leadership to ensure stakeholder feedback is collected.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
