Overview

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Professional Development Coach to guide Engagement Center advisors in improving their skills and performance through tailored training and educational materials.

• Guide advisors to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services and contact center environments.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and facilitating training programs.
• Preferred experience as a Senior Learning professional or Sales Coach.
• Experience educating financial advisors on financial planning principles.
• Familiarity with developing training content, including written materials and video tutorials.
• Virtual and in-person facilitation experience.
• Demonstrable experience driving change within an organization.
