Overview

The Team Lead on the Engagement Center team at Edelman Financial Engines will play a pivotal role in coaching and developing team members while ensuring high performance in financial advisory services.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of financial services principles and products.
• Track record of high personal performance and positive team impact.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence in client interactions.
• Strategic mentality with analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or financial subject area preferred.
• 3+ years in a client-facing financial services role.
• Possess Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 licenses; relevant financial designations preferred.
