Humana is seeking a Creative Development Professional who will play an integral role as part of Humana’s National Medicaid Operations team, leading the development of member-facing materials to support Medicaid’s communication and program goals.

In Short

• Lead the development of member-facing materials for Medicaid.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Apply communication strategies to create engaging content.
• Maintain websites and develop multimedia packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
• Ensure documents undergo quality checks before approval.
• Make decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction.
• Work remotely with occasional office collaboration.
• Must be available Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST or EST.
• Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Three or more years of professional creative development experience.
• Experience in website creation and management.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience in operations or process planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
