Professional Development Coach (Contract Contingent) - Remote

Overview

ProSidian is seeking Professional Development Coaches to support strategic initiatives at The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Coaching services will be remote (via phone or web conference).

In Short

• Deliver eight one-on-one coaching sessions to assist HRSA employees.
• Support employees in becoming more effective high-performing individuals.
• Facilitate organizational changes for recently promoted executives or managers.
• Maintain coaching supplies and materials for career development training.
• Design and analyze materials for career coaching activities.
• Meet with clients to clarify objectives and develop growth strategies.
• Reinforce competencies and enhance performance of employees.
• Utilize knowledge of human and organizational behaviors in coaching.

Requirements

• Must be US Citizen and Clearable.
• Knowledgeable in leadership development and change management.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Experience in coaching with a minimum of eight years in a related field.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Skilled in organizing and attention to detail.
• Ability to uphold high ethical standards.
