Overview

The Product Development Specialist provides strategic consultation to internal stakeholders to develop and implement clinical solutions that enhance member engagement and prevent adverse risk migration.

Requirements

  • 3 years in a clinical or health promotion setting.
  • 3 years of program planning and project management experience.
  • 1 year in the health insurance industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • No specific licenses required, but Registered Dietician or Nurse preferred.
