Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Solventum, you will collaborate with innovative professionals to improve healthcare solutions through technical resource management, process improvement, and project implementation.

In Short

  • Function as a technical resource on manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Develop and implement improvements related to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Manage cross-functional projects in support of business and strategic plans.
  • Utilize Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Communicate project direction and status effectively.
  • Participate in corporate programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with professional and quality standards.
  • Work onsite in Monrovia, CA.
  • May include up to 5% travel.
  • Relocation Assistance may be authorized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline.
  • CAD experience preferred.
  • Experience with Robotics, Laser, Vision System, and Automation.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing engineer role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
