Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and seven years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Knowledge of Human and Organizational Performance principles.
  • Experience with EH&S Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Proven track record in developing global H&S programs.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Safety & Health laws and International requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Certifications like CSP or CIH are a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with engagement at all levels.
