Health and Safety Specialist - Western USA - Remote

Overview

The Health & Safety Specialist will work remotely with the Field Service team, focusing on health and safety programs to ensure compliance and enhance workplace safety.

In Short

• Remote position supporting Field Service locations in the West region.
• Responsible for monitoring and coordinating health and safety programs.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators for safety improvements.
• Conduct root cause analyses for workplace injuries.
• Interact with the worker’s compensation program.
• Complete EHS training requirements.
• Travel to support service locations (50% travel required).
• Requires 5+ years of HSE experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

Requirements

• Full knowledge of industry safety practices, including OSHA compliance.
• Ability to lead change and establish a proactive HSE culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills for risk identification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with incident management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
