Overview

The Curriculum Content Designer & Project Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality digital learning experiences within the Global Medical Education team at Smith+Nephew.

• Develop and manage educational content, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams for content creation.
• Oversee content organization and accessibility in the LMS.
• Manage multiple curriculum and content development projects.
• Develop methods to measure content effectiveness and learner engagement.
• Drive global communication strategies for education initiatives.
• Adapt and localize content for regional markets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain professionalism.
• Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5-8 years’ experience in medical education or related fields.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in instructional design and digital education.
• Proven project execution experience in a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to change.
• Proactive and positive team approach.
• Prepared to travel approximately 20% of the time.
