In Short

• Oversee all stages of external medical policy reviews with clients.
• Develop and maintain an external medical policy review calendar and project schedules.
• Project manage the annual review of Cohere’s platform nudges.
• Create comprehensive project documentation for new medical policies.
• Support project close-out activities and disseminate new policies.
• Maintain the clinical content library and database.
• Research tools to improve Clinical Content processes.
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks to improve content quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical, healthcare, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• 3+ years of experience in project management within healthcare.
• Familiarity with clinical guidelines and healthcare delivery systems.
• Strong understanding of medical writing and content curation processes.
• Experience collaborating with clinicians and external clients.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, project management software.
• Passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system.
• Self-directed and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
