Overview

The Account Manager will develop long-term relationships with customers, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing a portfolio of accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, metallurgy, or applied science preferred.
  • 1+ years in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to solve technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight stays.
