Overview

As a Sales Trainer for 3M's Personal Safety Division, you will design and deliver engaging training programs to empower sales professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Seven years of sales experience.
  • Three years of experience in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Proven ability to influence others.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter capable of managing change and ambiguity.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
