OEM / Renewables Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

The OEM / Renewables Sales Representative will be responsible for growing sales in the assigned territory for the OEM/Specialty division of the Electrical Markets Division at 3M, collaborating with innovative teams and utilizing various sales strategies.

• Grow sales in assigned territory for OEM/Specialty division.
• Work closely with key distributor partners.
• Establish and achieve sales objectives.
• Utilize sales processes to maximize revenue.
• Train channel customers on products and applications.
• Report market conditions and competitive activities.
• Plan and manage time effectively for territory coverage.
• Maintain account and prospect information.
• Exhibit leadership in sales strategies.
• Drive a company vehicle as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Three years of sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years of electrical experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce.com.
• Ability to travel up to 40% domestically.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
