Overview

As an Energy Vertical Marketer at 3M, you will drive global penetration of total 3M solutions by strengthening relationships with Key Accounts through in-person and digital marketing activities.

• Own the Energy vertical marketing plan in alignment with portfolio leaders.
• Design and lead account-based marketing strategies for Key Accounts.
• Lead branding, communication, and content creation for engagement.
• Execute prioritized customer engagement activities like Events and Workshops.
• Measure and optimize performance of ABM campaigns.
• Collaborate with Vertical Portfolio Leaders and Marketing Center.
• Gather market insights from assigned key accounts.
• Drive awareness in the Energy industry.
• Work in a hybrid model based in Maplewood, MN.
• Travel may include up to 20% domestic/international.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Three years of segment marketing or marketing communication experience.
• Master's degree in engineering or technical marketing preferred.
• Skills in value selling and strategic planning.
• Experience in account-based marketing techniques.
• Strong market research and information analysis skills.
