Overview

The Physician Coding Project Manager will oversee multiple coding projects, manage teams, and ensure effective communication between clients and coding leadership.

• Manage multiple Physician Coding Projects.
• Oversee Supervisors and Coders assigned to Client projects.
• Maintain metrics for each client assigned.
• Client-facing responsibilities to assure project coverage.
• Report client updates to upper leadership.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 7+ years of medical coding management experience.
• Must have an active CPC certification.
• Experience managing 20+ team members.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience).
• 7+ years of medical coding management experience.
• Active CPC certification from AAPC.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in Excel and analytics.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
