In Short

• Lead global cross-functional project teams.
• Communicate with external pharma partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project delivery according to scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
• Analyze, plan, and track project phases and activities.
• Identify and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Prepare for Joint Project Team (JPT) and Joint Steering Committee (JSC) meetings.
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills required.
• Influence stakeholders in a matrixed project environment.
• Work closely with global cross-functional teams.
• Full-time position with remote work option.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to adapt in fast-changing environments.
