Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated practices, focusing on process improvement, retention efforts, onboarding, and training.

In Short

• Coordinates HR efforts between departments including recruiting, training, and employee feedback.
• Serves as a resource for data collection, report writing, and metrics tracking.
• Emerging leader in employee relations issues.
• Supports HR leaders with various local and enterprise-wide projects.
• Assists with processing employee actions in Workday.
• Supports onboarding of new hires, including orientation and compliance processes.
• Addresses employee concerns through interaction with employees and leadership.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
• Facilitates training and assists with employee exits.
• Performs other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Ability to navigate and understand process flows within systems.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in both teams and independently.
• Emerging business acumen in healthcare.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• High ethical and professional standards.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Ability to travel up to 10% locally.
• HR certification and Workday experience preferred.
