Property Manager - Remote

Overview

This is a full-time remote role handling rental properties in the U.S. You’ll be managing tenant communications, coordinating repairs, handling payments, and keeping things running without drama.

In Short

• Answer tenant questions and resolve issues fast
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Handle rent collection, late notices, and payment tracking
• Keep property records up to date and organized
• Handle lease renewals and assist with vacancies
• At least 1 year of property management experience (remote or on-site)
• Strong English—spoken and written
• Solid internet and quiet work setup
• Able to work U.S. hours (graveyard shift in PH)
• Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
