Requirements

• Active Texas Real Estate License.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years in property management or real estate operations.
• Experience with property ownership preferred.
• Cost and revenue management experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy with property management software.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to meet deadlines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
