Property Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Property Management Assistant to support day-to-day operations for a busy property management team.

In Short

• Handle inbound tenant calls and manage email correspondence.
• Communicate with tenants regarding lease renewals and maintenance requests.
• Assist with new leasing leads and schedule property showings.
• Conduct credit checks and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.
• Investigate tenant complaints and ensure lease compliance.
• Collaborate on advertising materials and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management required.
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software.
• Ability to handle tenant concerns professionally.
• Proficient in email management and lease documentation.
• Available to work in US time zones.
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.
