Overview

The Real Estate Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of short-term rental listings across platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, ensuring smooth management of over 60 active units in Southern California.

In Short

• Manage daily operations across Airbnb, VRBO, and PMS tools.
• Coordinate booking calendars and prevent double bookings.
• Respond to guest messages within 1 hour.
• Create or update listings and pricing rules.
• Use dynamic pricing software to adjust nightly rates.
• Track check-ins/outs and confirm cleaning schedules.
• Maintain processes for guest reviews and responses.
• Monitor occupancy and revenue KPIs.
• Escalate guest or maintenance issues as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in STR or hospitality operations.
• Familiarity with Airbnb and VRBO management tools.
• Comfortable using Slack, Trello, and Google Sheets.
• Available to work in US time zones.
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.
