Overview

The Property Manager at JLL is responsible for overseeing building systems, ensuring maintenance and safety procedures, and managing vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with regulations.

In Short

• Develop and maintain asset-specific maintenance and safety procedures.
• Manage timely submission of client-approved cost sheets and invoices.
• Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety and MEP.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs for effective service delivery.
• Conduct risk and root-cause analyses for system failures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Create emergency response plans and participate in drills.
• Maintain engineering reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and engineers.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or real estate.
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and building operations.
• Experience in conducting risk analyses.
• Ability to create and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
