Property Manager - Remote

Overview

The Property Manager is accountable for the overall management and daily operations of the assigned portfolio, responsible for administering policies and procedures that promote well-managed, well-maintained buildings including oversight of an administrative and maintenance staff.

• Abstracting and interpreting lease clauses.
• Negotiating RFPs for vendor service contracts.
• Creating and implementing a Tenant retention program.
• Preparing, reviewing, and providing monthly financials and operation reports.
• Reviewing AR, AP and monthly tenant billings for accuracy and timeliness.
• Performing CAM reconciliations yearly.
• Overseeing tenant improvement projects, including bidding and coordination of delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree, or demonstrated experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with preference to CPM or RPA designations.
• Experience with institutional financial reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with TOBY process, LEED/Energy Star reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, able to prioritize multiple projects, and maintain a positive, professional presence.
