In Short

• Independent management and care of residential properties in rented split portfolios
• Organization and execution of rentals, lease management, and rent increases
• Monitoring of rent payments, dunning procedures, and handling of open items
• Coordination and management of maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment measures with technical management and external service providers
• Close collaboration with asset management for implementing value-enhancing measures (e.g., modernization, sales preparations)
• Participation in preparing sales-relevant documents (e.g., tenant lists, handover protocols, lease agreements)
• Contact person for tenant issues and professional complaint management
• Maintenance and documentation of all property-related data in the management software
• Creation of evaluations and reports for management and asset management

Requirements

• Professional experience in property management, ideally in the area of split business or investor management
• Good knowledge of real estate management software, proficient use of MS Office, and openness to AI-supported digital applications
• Good knowledge in commercial property management
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
