Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Support Advisor – Engineer to gather insights, detect bugs and feature improvements and create guidelines and readiness for new products.

In Short

• Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Gather insights and feedback on new products.
• Identify bugs and track insights.
• Create readiness, guidelines, and Q&A.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Requires 40 hours availability per week.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and consultancy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Background check required for this contract.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
• Strong technical background in Microsoft 365 products.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to convert feedback into valuable insights.
• Computer not joined to another company’s domain.
• Windows 10 Pro with latest updates.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM, 256GB Hard disk.
• Ethernet connection required.
• Media devices that are Teams compliant.
• Background check required.
