Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor (Polish) - Remote

Overview

In this role, you would provide technical support and advice to our Polish customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Identifying and troubleshooting connectivity problems and application errors.
• Educating customers on the use of Microsoft 365 products.
• Helping customers evaluate the benefits of a permanent subscription.
• Advising customers on subscription plans and features.
• Guiding customers through the upgrade process from trial to permanent subscription.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest updates to Microsoft 365.
• Documenting technical issues and solutions.
• Collaborating with other technical support engineers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Polish languages.
• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, migration, or technical support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Active listening skills and experience in technical troubleshooting.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Device requirements for the project.
