Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor (Business Assist) - Remote

Overview

In this role, you’ll provide technical solutions to customers who are in the (paid) Microsoft Business Assist support program and additionally provide technical advice to the same customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

• Use troubleshooting knowledge and tools to fix customer issues.
• Approach customers to understand their business needs.
• Provide step-by-step guidance on using Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
• Resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Identify and troubleshoot connectivity problems and application errors.
• Educate customers on Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Provide personalized recommendations for subscription plans.
• Guide customers through upgrading from trial to permanent subscriptions.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other technical support engineers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, migration, or technical support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Specialization in at least one Microsoft 365 workload.
• Ability to complete a recurring Identity Verification check.
• Computer not joined to another company’s domain.
• Windows 10 Pro with minimum 8 GB RAM.
• Ethernet connection required.
• Background check required for this contract.
