Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Support Advisor – Engineer to gather insights, detect bugs and feature improvements and create guidelines and readiness for new products.

In Short

• Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Gather insights and feedback on new products.
• Identify bugs and track insights.
• Create readiness, guidelines, and Q&A.
• Must have strong technical background in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Requires 40 hours availability per week.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, or migration.
• Active listening and outstanding customer service skills are essential.
• Background check required for this contract.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 related fields.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Specialization in at least one Microsoft 365 workload.
• Technical troubleshooting experience.
• Device requirements include Windows 10 Pro and specific hardware specifications.
• Ethernet connection required; no public WiFi.
• Media devices must be Teams compliant.
• Background check required.
