French Speaking Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor (Reactive Trials Nurturing) - Remote

Overview

In this role, you’ll provide technical solutions to customers who are in the (paid) Microsoft Business Assist support program and additionally provide technical advice to the same customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

• Use troubleshooting knowledge and tools to fix customer issues.
• Approach customers to understand their business needs.
• Provide guidance on using Microsoft 365 subscriptions and workloads.
• Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot connectivity problems and application errors.
• Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and best practices.
• Provide personalized recommendations for subscription plans.
• Guide customers through upgrading from trial to permanent subscriptions.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other technical support engineers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and French.
• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, migration, or technical support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, specialized in at least one.
• Complete a recurring Identity Verification check (IDV).
• Meet specific device and tool requirements for the project.
• Pass a background check as required.
