As a Senior IT Engineer at Upstart, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and scaling our IT infrastructure to ensure resilience, security, and optimal performance across all systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or IT infrastructure engineering.
• Experience leading large cross-team initiatives.
• Advanced skills in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Preferred certifications in DevOps and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
