Overview

As a Senior IT Engineer, you will be a core member of Ro's Information Technology Engineering team, responsible for building and operating systems that enhance user experience for team members and patients.

In Short

• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Risk Management teams
• Contribute to Ro’s zero trust plan
• Manage and tune devices for optimal performance
• Configure SaaS applications securely
• Utilize infrastructure-as-code for configuration management
• Develop automations for system management
• Create and maintain project implementation plans
• Support engineering team with escalated issues
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years as a Sr IT Engineer
• Broad understanding of endpoint management capabilities
• Familiarity with cloud provisioning (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience managing cloud-based IT environments
• Proficiency in interacting with APIs
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Passion for IT hygiene and user experience
• Team player
