TrueML is a mission-driven financial software company that aims to create better customer experiences for distressed borrowers. As a Senior Engineer I, you will play a crucial role in developing and extending the Provider Portal infrastructure and backend capabilities.

• Write high-quality, clean, concise, well-tested code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with +5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and programming paradigms.
• Proficient in a range of software development tools, with a preference for Golang.
• Demonstrates continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to communicate complex systems clearly.
• Experience in scoping and estimating development stories.
• Self-directed with a focus on code observability and maintainability.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with clear outcomes.
