Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at UpKeep, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, driving product adoption, maximizing customer value, and mitigating churn risks while uncovering expansion opportunities.

In Short

  • Oversee a dedicated book of business under a “medium touch” engagement model
  • Serve as a product expert and educate users on UpKeep’s platform
  • Deliver value-driven engagements to enhance customer experience
  • Engage with customers via various communication methods
  • Perform proactive activities to mitigate churn risks
  • Identify and recommend expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
  • Help improve internal processes and standard operating procedures
  • Must be able to travel quarterly for customer visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or similar field preferred
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing success or account management role
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience measured by revenue retention metrics
  • Background in a cloud-based or SaaS company
