The Manager, Sales Engineering at Unqork is responsible for driving growth by working closely with clients and prospects to demonstrate the value of AI-powered applications, while also acting as a technical advisor during the sales process.

In Short

  • Report to the Chief Evangelist / Head of Sales Engineering
  • Conduct discovery and deliver demonstrations to clients
  • Act as the technical voice during sales processes
  • Standardize and improve the Unqork platform
  • Work closely with internal departments to enhance the platform
  • Experience with Financial Services clients is required
  • Develop rapid prototypes for potential customers
  • Communicate technical topics to a broad audience
  • Experience working with off-shore teams
  • Player/Coach mindset to balance internal projects and client engagements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical pre-sales experience
  • Ability to design specifications and create integrations
  • Familiarity with low code/no code technologies
  • Experience architecting scalable web applications
  • Proficient in REST APIs and web services
  • Javascript, HTML, and CSS knowledge is a plus
  • Curiosity to learn about relevant partner technologies
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to improve the platform continuously
  • Experience with client-facing engagements
